OGDEN, Utah — Mountain West Commercial Real Estate has arranged the sale of a commercial land parcel located at 2961 S. Washington Blvd. in Ogden. Ogden No. 1, dba Flower Patch, sold the asset to Slow BLVD LLC for an undisclosed price. The land parcel currently features a vacant retail building. The buyer plans to develop a low-income seniors housing property on the two-acre site. The 78-unit proposed development has received Utah low income housing tax credits. Chris Monson of Mountain West represented the seller in the transaction.

WEST JORDAN, Utah — Dwight Capital has provided a $4.3 million HUD 232/223(f) loan for Beehive Homes of West Jordan, a 50-bed assisted living facility in West Jordan. The property sits on over 1.5 acres and is less than a mile from Jordan Valley Medical Center. Kevin Lifshitz of Dwight Capital originated the loan, which refinances existing debt.
BOUNTIFUL, Utah — CareTrust REIT Inc. (NASDAQ:CTRE) has acquired Barton Creek Senior Living, a 62-unit assisted living facility located on the campus of Lake View Hospital in Bountiful, a suburb of Salt Lake City. The acquisition price of the off-market transaction was not disclosed. The Barton Creek facility has been added to CareTrust’s existing master lease with seniors housing operator Bayshire LLC. Resort Lifestyle Communities Plans Groundbreaking for $30M Independent Living Community Near Salt Lake City

SOUTH JORDAN, Utah — Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) plans to break ground Wednesday, Feb. 19, on South Jordan View, an independent living community in South Jordan, a suburb of Salt Lake City. Units will be available in studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom options. The community will total 180,000 square feet and development costs are estimated at $30 million. The total number of units and timeline for completion were not released.
