FORT WORTH, TEXAS — MedEquities Realty Trust Inc. (NYSE: MRT) has signed a 15-year lease with Creative Solutions in Healthcare, a Fort Worth-based operator of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. 

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Solvere Living, the operations division of St. Petersburg-based Solutions Advisors Group, has been contracted to operate six additional seniors housing communities, bringing its operational portfolio up to 17 properties in Florida, New York, New Jersey, Texas, Maryland, Virginia, Michigan and Oklahoma.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — As Hurricane Michael bore down on the Florida Panhandle, Methodist Homes of Alabama & Northwest Florida moved 78 residents to new locations.

SEATTLE and MUKILTEO, Wash. — Integral Senior Living, a California-based operator, has assumed management of three senior living communities in Washington state.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — SRI Management LLC, a Tallahassee-based operator, has been selected to manage five Superior Residences-branded communities in Florida.

DAVISON and BAY CITY, Mich. — Charter Senior Living has been selected to manager Hampton Manor of Davison and Hampton Manor of Bay City, both located in Central Michigan.
