SOUTHFIELD, Mich. — American House Senior Living Communities, a Southfield-based operator, has promoted Sean Dimas to vice president of operations for the senior living organization’s Florida region.

MONUMENT, Colo. — Jackson Creek Senior Living, a newly opened seniors housing community in the Colorado Springs suburb of Monument, has named Al Fritts as its executive director. He will oversee operations of the community’s 137 independent living, assisted living and memory care apartments.

NORWOOD, Mass. — Benchmark has hired Patrick Hardy as the new executive director at Benchmark Senior Living on Clapboardtree in Norwood, a suburb of Boston.

KENNETT SQUARE, Pa. — Judy Braun, chief operating officer of Kennett Square-based operator The Kendal Corp., has retired after 17 years in the position. The nonprofit company’s portfolio includes 13 communities in eight states throughout the Northeast and Midwest.
