ELLIJAY, Ga. — Senior Living Investment Brokerage has arranged the sale of Parkside Ellijay, a 100-bed skilled nursing facility in the North Georgia Mountains city of Ellijay.

PALOS HEIGHTS, Ill. — Providence Life Services has sold Providence Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center of Palos Heights, a skilled nursing facility in Palos Heights, approximately 20 miles southwest of Chicago.

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of three skilled nursing facilities totaling 193 beds throughout rural Wisconsin.

ANNAPOLIS, Md. — Occupancy at skilled nursing facilities in the United States held steady at 82.4 percent in the fourth quarter of 2018, virtually unchanged from the previous quarter and down less than half of one percentage point (0.4 percent) from the previous year. 

DOWNEY, Calif. — The Ensign Group Inc. (NASDAQ: ENSG) has acquired Downey Care Center, a skilled nursing facility in Downey, approximately 13 miles southeast of downtown Los Angeles.
