ROME and COLUMBUS, Ga. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of two skilled nursing facilities in Georgia: Etowah Landing, a 100-bed facility in Rome, and River Towne Center, a 210-bed facility in Columbus.

OHIO and PENNSYLVANIA — Evans Senior Investments has arranged the sale of a 23-facility skilled nursing portfolio in Ohio and Pennsylvania for $94 million.

MESA and TUCSON, Ariz. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has brokered the sale of a two-property, 249-bed skilled nursing portfolio in Mesa and Tucson.

ANNAPOLIS, Md. — Skilled nursing occupancy has continued its free-fall, hitting a five-year low of 81.7 percent in the second quarter of 2017, according to a report released by the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC).

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Strawberry Fields REIT LLC has acquired Parkway Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a 252-bed skilled nursing facility in Louisville, for $21.8 million.

OHIO — Lancaster Pollard has arranged the sale of two skilled nursing facilities in Ohio. Mozart Healthcare acquired the properties from a nonprofit company looking to reduce its skilled nursing presence.

SAN CLEMENTE, Calif. — CareTrust REIT Inc. (NASDAQ: CTRE) has agreed to acquire 13 skilled nursing facilities in three separate transactions for a total purchase price of $97 million. The properties are located in Idaho, Texas, Oregon and Washington.

HUNT VALLEY, Md. — Omega Healthcare Investors (NYSE: OHI) has acquired 16 skilled nursing facilities in Indiana for $200 million through two separate transactions. In addition, the company announced that two of its skilled nursing facilities were evacuated during Hurricane Harvey last week.
