CBRE Arranges $38.9M Bridge Loan for Acquisition of Two Arbor Communities Near Atlanta

SUWANEE and DACULA, Ga. — CBRE National Senior Housing has arranged $38.9 million in financing for the purchase of Arbor Terrace of Johns Creek in Suwanee and Arbor Terrace at Hamilton Mill in Dacula.

Both Class A communities were built in 2015, are located in the Atlanta suburbs and feature 101 units each of assisted living and memory care. The seller was The Arbor Company, which operates the communities. The buyer was not disclosed.

The financing was structured as a five-year bridge loan with 36 months of interest-only payments.

Aron Will, executive vice president of CBRE National Senior Housing, arranged the financing. A national bank provided the capital.
