ATLANTA — Lenbrook, an independent continuing care retirement community (CCRC), has announced plans for a $100 million expansion known as Kingsboro at Lenbrook.
The project will add 53 new units, with residents moving in starting in early 2022. The expansion will add two new buildings:
- The Flats will offer 39 residences in a five-story building with a variety of floor plans ranging from 1,600 to 3,000 square feet.
- The Villas will consist of three buildings, each with four to five residences, ranging from 2,000 to 3,000 square feet.
This expansion will bring Lenbrook’s total number of residences to 480, including independent living, personal care and skilled nursing.
Founded in 1983, Lenbrook is a nonprofit CCRC located in Atlanta’s upscale Buckhead neighborhood.
