KILGORE, Texas — Civitas Senior Living has acquired Arabella of Kilgore, an independent living, assisted living and memory care community in the East Texas town of Kilgore, for an undisclosed price.
The seller was Abby Development, a Dallas-based multifamily developer.
Civitas will take over as operator of the community.
