FRISCO, Texas — Civitas Senior Living has revealed its plans for La Fontaine, a 28-unit memory care community in Frisco, a northern suburb of Dallas.
The community is slated to open in December and will be Fort Worth-based operator’s 14th community. It will be located across the street from Stonemere Rehabilitation Center, a skilled nursing facility also operated by Civitas.
Rosco Construction is providing construction services.
