CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. — Commonwealth Senior Living, a Charlottesville-based operator, has named Kristy Ruppe Craddock as chief sales and marketing officer, as well as April Theus as vice president of sales.
Craddock joined Commonwealth in April 2016 as regional vice president of sales and marketing. In December 2017, she was promoted to senior vice president, where she supported all of Commonwealth’s communities. During her tenure, she has increased sales performance and revenue for the organization, developed and implemented CSL-branded sales training, led the effort to enhance sales through greater search engine optimization and launched sales coaching for community teams
Craddock has spent over 20 years in the senior living industry and received her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a focus in gerontology and hospitality.
Theus also joined Commonwealth Senior Living in 2016, as a sales director. Prior to joining the company, she held sales leadership positions at two senior living organizations spanning seven years.
In her new role, Theus will seek to advance Commonwealth’s mission to serve more residents across the company’s communities.
Theus earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Norfolk State University.
