ONANCOCK, Va. — Commonwealth Senior Living has acquired Hermitage on the Eastern Shore in Onancock. The price was not disclosed.
The seller was Pinnacle Senior Living. The property has already been rebranded as Commonwealth Senior Living at the Eastern Shore.
A $2.5 million renovation project is already underway, and includes the construction of a new memory care neighborhood.
Commonwealth Senior Living at the Eastern Shore is the buyer’s 22nd senior living community. It will offer residents independent living, assisted living and memory care.
