URBANA, Ill. — University Rehab Real Estate LLC has acquired Champaign County Nursing Home, a 243-bed skilled nursing facility in Urbana, located south of Chicago and west of Indianapolis.
Champaign County sold the property for $11 million. The government-owned property was experiencing financial issues, which led the county to seek its sale.
Joshua Jandris, Mark Myers, and Matthew Andriano of Institutional Property Advisors represented the seller and procured the buyer.
