TAMPA, Fla. — Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has added Paul Carr as a senior managing director with the company’s seniors housing-focused team in Tampa.
Carr is the fourth member of the team, following Allen McMurtry, executive managing director; Megan Fetter, senior managing director; and David Kliewer, senior managing director.
Carr is a 12-year capital markets veteran, and was formerly a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group, also in Tampa. In that position, he represented private, institutional and corporate clients in the acquisition, disposition and analysis of investment properties throughout Florida. He previously served in a similar role with DTZ and Cassidy Turley.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Carr was a member of CBRE’s Investment Properties Group, and also worked in Trammel Crow Co.’s Capital Markets Group.
Carr graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in finance from the University of Florida.
