Cushman & Wakefield Arranges Sale of 75-Unit Community in Michigan

ANN ARBOR, Mich. — Cushman & Wakefield National Senior Housing Capital Markets has arranged the sale of University Living, a 75-unit assisted living and memory care community in Ann Arbor.

An affiliate of Capitol Seniors Housing sold the property to an affiliate of Kayne Anderson Real Estate for an undisclosed price. Provision Living, the current operator, will continue to manage the community.

Built in 2000, University Living features 63 assisted living units and 12 memory care units. The property caters to a high-acuity resident and was most recently renovated in 2018.

The Cushman & Wakefield team involved in the transaction included Richard Swartz, Jay Wagner, Sam Dylag and Chris Remeika.
