ATLANTA — Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP (DHG), a public accounting and advisory firm based in Charlotte, N.C., has hired John Brock as a partner in the firm’s Atlanta office.
Brock joins DHG from another large firm with 13 years of experience, nine of which were in healthcare transaction advisory services. He has worked with private and publicly traded companies on mergers and acquisitions, due diligence assistance, integration assistance, financial analysis and technical accounting and industry research.
Brock earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northern Illinois University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Georgia. He is an active member of the Association of Corporate Growth and the American Institute of CPAs.
