DANVILLE, Ky. — Trilogy Management Services and DMK Development Group have broken ground on a seniors housing community in Danville, approximately 30 miles southwest of Lexington.
Construction is expected to take approximately 12 months. DMK and Trilogy have also partnered to develop communities in Winchester and Bardstown, which are both slated to open in 2020.
The new community will feature 56 personal care and 23 memory care apartments in a mixture of studio, one- and two-bedroom suites. Development costs are estimated at $14 million.
