BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — Evans Senior Investments (ESI) has arranged the sale of Bowling Green Retirement Village, a 138-unit independent living and assisted living community in Bowling Green, for $10.4 million.
An independent owner-operator sold the property to a New York City-based private equity firm. The price equates to $75,362. Charter Senior Living will take over operations following the sale, so it will be renamed Charter Senior Living of Bowling Green.
Built in 1983, Bowling Green Retirement Village is located close to the downtown area of Bowling Green. At time of sale, the community averaged 93 percent occupancy. It features 92 independent living units and 46 assisted living units, though all units are licensed for assisted living care.
