IOWA CITY, Iowa — Grand Living and Ryan Cos. US, Inc. have unveiled plans for Grand Living in Iowa City, a 170-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community in Iowa City.
Construction on the four-story development is scheduled to begin in fall 2016. Development costs were not disclosed.
Grand Living is an operator based in Excelsior, Minn. Ryan Cos. is a builder, developer, designer, consultant and manager based in Minneapolis.
