FAIRVIEW, Texas — Greystar has started construction of Overture Fairview, a 195-unit luxury community for residents over 55 years of age in Fairview, approximately 30 miles north of Dallas.
The apartment community will feature 15,000 square feet of indoor amenities for residents and is walking distance from a variety of restaurants, shopping and recreation. Apartments range from 635 square feet to 1,325 square feet.
Construction is scheduled for completion in February 2018.
Greystar is a South Carolina-based investor, developer and operator of multifamily communities, currently managing more than 400,000 units in 160 markets globally. The company is building nearly a dozen Overture-branded 55+ communities in Texas, Georgia, Virginia, North Carolina, Florida, California and Arizona.
