Greystar Nears Completion of 200-Unit 55+ Community Near Houston

SUGAR LAND, Texas — Greystar has started pre-leasing at Overture Sugar Land, a 200-unit, age-restricted community in the Houston suburb of Sugar Land.

The community will feature more than 13,000 square feet of amenity space, with units ranging from 676 square feet to 1,143 square feet.

Overture Sugar Land is located in the Imperial Master Development, a master-planned community that features single-family homes, retail, dining, a farmers market, baseball stadium and a series of lakes and trails.

Greystar expects to complete construction of the community by March 2017.
