CLIFTON PARK and ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — Greystone has arranged the $17 million sale of two memory care communities in New York, totaling 46 units.
The two properties include Peregrine Senior Living at Clifton Park, located on 5.3 acres in the Albany suburbs, and Peregrine Senior Living at Orchard Park, located on 4.5 acres in the Buffalo suburbs. The portfolio featured a combined occupancy of 93.9 percent at the time of closing.
A private equity group purchased the assets from a publicly traded REIT. Peregrine Senior Living will continue to operate the communities.
