VERO BEACH, Fla. — Harbor Retirement Associates (HRA), a regional senior living development and management company based in Vero Beach, has hired David Dodson as vice president of sales and marketing.
In his new role, Dodson will work on sales culture through training, planning and execution of strategic sales and marketing initiatives. He has over 20 years of experience in sales, driving revenue, building teams and building strategies.
Dodson has been a senior vice president and a regional director of sales and marketing in various locations including Virginia, Florida and Texas.
Dodson holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and is a valedictorian with a Commandant’s Award from the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California.
HRA currently operates 34 communities in 10 states, with 10 more under development and an additional five states included in that expansion.
