CHICAGO and NEW JERSEY — Harborview Capital Partners has provided $46.2 million in HUD financing for two skilled nursing facilities.
In the first transaction, Harborview provided a $23.9 million loan for a 180-bed skilled nursing facility in New Jersey. The non-recourse HUD loan refinanced existing debt on the property, which opened in 2015.
In the second transaction, Harborview provided a $22.3 million loan for a 164-bed skilled nursing facility in Chicago. The non-recourse loan was financed through HUD’s 232/223(f) program.
The borrowers and specific names of the communities were not disclosed.
