Harrison Street Sells Six-Property, 887-Unit Portfolio in the Southeast

CHICAGO — Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, a Chicago-based real estate investment firm, has sold six seniors housing communities in Alabama, Florida, Georgia and Tennessee.

The sold assets were held across four separate Harrison Street Opportunity funds. The communities, totaling 887 units, were Somerby Peachtree City I, Somerby Peachtree City II, Somerby Sandy Springs, Somerby Franklin, Somerby Santa Rosa and Somerby Auburn. The portfolio had a combined occupancy rate of 92 percent at the time of sale.

Dominion Partners LLC co-developed the properties. Bridge Investment Group acquired the portfolio for an undisclosed sum.
