FRANKENMUTH, Mich. — Holiday Retirement has taken over management duties at Independence Village Frankenmuth, an independent living community in the Saginaw County city of Frankenmuth.
Already the largest operator in the independent living space, the transaction brings Holiday’s total portfolio to 261 communities.
The community will be renamed Winter Village. Further details were not disclosed.
