Hunt Provides $3.7M Fannie Mae Financing for Senior Living Property in Utah

TREMONTON, Utah — Hunt Real Estate Capital has provided a $3.7 million Fannie Mae to refinance a seniors housing property located in Tremonton, about 20 miles from the Idaho border.

The property is Our House of Tremonton is a 28-unit assisted living facility originally built in 1995. The borrower is Utah-based owner SAL Management.

The property recently opened 12 new units after completing a renovation and expansion. The remodel included updates to all areas of the building, including resident suites, bathrooms and common areas, as well as adding vaulted ceilings and natural light throughout the front entry, dining room and hallways.

Hunt Real Estate Capital’s Brady Johnson originated the deal, with the deal team also including Andy Kitts and Heath Coryell.
