CARLSBAD, Calif. — Integral Senior Living, a Carlsbad-based owner-operator, has promoted Shana Robertson and Amanda Crawley to new positions on the company’s executive team.
Robertson, formerly an executive director at an Integral community in Knoxville, was promoted to national divisional operations specialist for Solstice Senior Living. Integral launched Solstice as a 32-property joint venture with NorthStar Healthcare Income in 2017.
Crawley has been promoted to executive director of The Pointe at Lifespring, where she previously served as the senior business office director.
Robertson will be based in Knoxville, and travel between communities to assist with program development, team building, and leadership recruitment and training. Crawley joined The Pointe at Lifespring Senior Living in 2016 and has more than 20 years of assisted living experience.
