Intergenerational Living Completes Phase I of $72M Community in Minnesota

STILLWATER, Minn. ─Intergenerational Living & Health Care Inc. (ILHC) has completed construction of Phase I at The Lakes at Stillwater, an independent living, assisted living and memory care community in the Minneapolis suburb of Stillwater.

Named The Lodge, the first building delivered offers 139 units of independent living, assisted living and memory care units. Phase II, Birchwood Landing, will include 30 independent living, single-story, two-bedroom villas. Phase III, Sandhill Shores, will add 70 one- and two-bedroom age-restricted apartments.

At the time of groundbreaking, the development costs for all three phases of the 50-acre community were estimated at $72 million.

The Goodman Group, a Minnesota-based seniors housing developer, is leading the development. JBG Design & Development is also a partner in the project.
