ANAMOSA, Iowa — Institutional Property Advisors, a brokerage arm of Marcus & Millichap, has arranged the sale of Silvercrest of Anamosa, a 45-unit assisted living and memory care community, for $1.3 million.
Silvercrest of Anamosa is a 30,163-square-foot facility built in 2000 in Anamosa, just northeast of Cedar Rapids.
The community was an outlier in the portfolio of the seller, a regional owner/operator. The buyer was a Chicago-based national owner/operator.
