Eric Adolph will be the new executive director of Lakewood Reserve, which Juniper began managing this year. Built in 1999, the 112,516 square foot, two-story community consists of 118 assisted living units and 19 memory care units; and will soon undergo major renovations.
Adolph has 10 years of seniors housing leadership experience, including various operational roles at assisted living and continuing care retirement communities. He holds a bachelor’s degree in gerontology from the University of North Texas.
Megan McGinnis will be the new executive director at Applewood Place, which Juniper also started operating earlier this year. The community features 65 assisted living units and 42 memory care units.
McGinnis has worked in the seniors housing industry for more than 11 years as executive director, activities director, memory care director and senior executive director. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human development and family studies.
