HANOVER PARK, Ill. — Kinzie Builders, a division of Kinzie Real Estate Group, has been retained as general contractor for Verandah, a 55+, assisted living and memory care community in Hanover Park, approximately 35 miles northwest of Chicago.
Development costs are estimated at $40 million for the master-planned community.
Kinzie Builders will break ground on Verandah before the end of 2016. An experienced multifamily builder, this is the company’s first project that is specifically seniors housing.
Presales will begin in 2017 in advance of a planned completion in 2018.
