WARNER ROBINS, Ga., and CYPRESS, Texas — Lancaster Pollard Mortgage Company, a division of ORIX Real Estate Capital, has arranged financing for seniors housing communities in the Macon suburb of Warner Robins and the Houston suburb of Cypress.
In the first transaction, Lancaster Pollard arranged a $9.4 million HUD refinancing for The Lodge of Warner Robins. The capital will retire construction debt and fund a proposed courtyard renovation at the 106-bed skilled nursing facility. Conner Girdley led the transaction for Lancaster Pollard.
In the second transaction, Lancaster Pollard assisted Avanti Senior Living in refinancing a construction loan for Towne Lake in Cypress. Fannie Mae provided the $14.6 million loan. The property features 50 assisted living and 40 memory care units. Avanti and an affiliate of Iron Point Partners developed the community in 2015. Scott Blount, Doug Harper and Casey Moore led the transaction for Lancaster Pollard.
