BOZEMAN, Mont. — Lancaster Pollard has opened a new office in Bozeman to be led by Matt Lindsay, senior vice president with the firm. Lancaster Pollard is a financial services firm that serves healthcare, senior living and housing providers.
The Montana office will be the company’s 10th banking office nationwide. The firm consists of four companies providing integrated investment banking, mortgage banking, private equity, balance sheet lending and mergers and acquisitions services.
Lindsay is the regional manager for the Rocky Mountain and Pacific Northwest regions. Since joining the firm in 2006, he has focused his efforts on senior living and hospital finance, structuring bond transactions and mortgage loans with a total loan amount over $1 billion for expansion, new construction, acquisition and refinancing projects.
Lindsay earned his master’s degree in finance from the University of Denver and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Miami University in Ohio.
