GAINESVILLE, Fla. — Legend Senior Living has broken ground on The Windsor of Gainesville, an assisted living and memory care community in Gainesville.
The two-story community will feature 75 assisted living apartments and 20 memory care suites. HKS Architects designed the community.
J. McLauchlin Company is the general contractor for The Windsor of Gainesville. Construction is scheduled for completion in fall 2017.
This is Legend’s 11th Windsor-branded community in Florida. Legend, which is based in Wichita, Kan., will also operate the community.
