NAPLES, Fla. — Lutheran Life Communities has named Bill Diamond as executive director of The Arlington, a continuing care retirement community in the Southwest Florida beach community of Naples.
Formerly executive director and regional director of operations for Senior Resource Group and The Carlisle Naples, Diamond has managed all phases of senior living management. He previously directed customer service and hospitality divisions at several of the most prestigious hotels and resorts in the country.
Diamond attended New York University College and earned a degree in food and beverage management from Hudson County Culinary College. He is licensed in Florida as an Assisted Living Administrator, a real estate sales associate and community association manager.
A $220 million project, The Arlington is a faith-based community located on 39 acres in the Lely Resort. The Arlington is the first Lutheran Life Community to be built in Florida, following five located in Illinois and Indiana. The community features 175 idnependent living units, 42 assisted living units, 37 memory care units and 44 private skilled nursing beds.
