CARMEL, Ind. – Mainstreet, a developer of post-acute health care properties, has added four new members to its team.
India Ballard-Bonfitto has joined Mainstreet as an associate development manager. Her previous experience includes time at Greenstreet Ltd. and Browning Day Mullins Dierdorf. Ballard-Bonfitto has a master’s degree in urban and regional planning from Ball State University and a bachelor’s degree in recreation from Indiana University.
Hannah Booher is the new front desk hospitality coordinator. Most recently, she worked at Forum Credit Union. Booher is currently pursuing a marketing degree from Liberty University.
Matt Monson has joined Mainstreet as the new vice president of acquisitions and business development. Most recently, he served as the director of corporate investments at Health Care REIT Inc. Monson holds an MBA from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University, a master’s degree in real estate from Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University (BYU). He currently sits on BYU’s construction management advisory board and is an active member of the real estate council at Cornell’s Baker Program in Real Estate.
Jennifer Schlenger is a new construction coordinator at Mainstreet. Her previous experience includes time at Duke Realty and ResCare Workforce Services. Schlenger is a graduate of Indiana University, where she studied business administration.
