Mainstreet Breaks Ground on $16M Rehab, Assisted Living Facility in Kansas

TOPEKA, Kan. — Indiana-based skilled nursing developer Mainstreet has broken ground on The Healthcare Resort of Topeka, a 94-bed, 69,935-square-foot transitional care and assisted living facility.

Located at 6202 SW 6^th Ave. in Topeka, the project cost is $16 million, and construction is scheduled to finish in spring of 2016.
