CARMEL, Ind. — Mainstreet, a skilled nursing developer based in the Indianapolis suburb of Carmel, has hired eight new employees.
Mark Burge has joined Mainstreet as the new general superintendent. He has over 30 years of construction industry experience. Most recently, Burge served as general superintendent with Flaherty & Collins Properties. Mark graduated from Wesleyan Christian Academy.
Stephanie Cook joins Mainstreet as a human capital business partner. She has over 11 years of human resources, including as a human resources business partner for Ascension Ministry Service Center. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Marian University.
Jeff Gater is Mainstreet’s newest senior associate of capital markets. Prior to Mainstreet, he served as senior investment analyst at Lincoln Financial Group. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics and earned the CFA designation in 2011.
Brett Henninger is Mainstreet’s new talent acquisition specialist. He most recently worked for Monster, where he served as the internet recruitment specialist. Henninger has a bachelor’s degree from Marian University.
Amanda McKinney was hired as assets and acquisitions coordinator. Her previous experience includes time with Lakeside Energy LLC as an executive assistant and office manager, and with GATX Corporation serving as an executive assistant and asset manager. McKinney majored in communications at Millikin University and DePaul University.
Rod Musselman was hired as a development manager. Prior to Mainstreet, he served as senior vice president at Miller Valentine, where he oversaw apartment development. He earned bachelor’s degrees from Emory University and Florida Southern College. He was named RESSI Syndicator of the Year and is a three-time winner of the Governor’s Award for Historic Preservation and Adaptive Re-use.
David Ryan joined Mainstreet as a business intelligence manager. He most recently worked for the State of Indiana as deputy IT director of business intelligence. Ryan has a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from Purdue University-Calumet.
Parker Woods joins Mainstreet as a senior IT server and infrastructure administrator. Previously he served as managing partner at Cedar Technology Integration. Woods holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Purdue University.
