NAPLES, Fla. — Moorings Park Communities, an operator based in Naples, has hired Dr. David Linz as site lead physician at the company’s Center for Healthy Living.
Linz graduated Summa Cum Laude from Tufts University with a bachelor’s degree in biology. After earning his M.D. from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, he served his internship and residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh.
Linz currently serves as chief medical informatics officer for NCH Healthcare Systems. He is also a core faculty member of NCH Healthcare System’s Internal Medicine Residency program and holds academic appointments with the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science and the University of Central Florida.
With medical interests in comprehensive and complex care for the older adult with an emphasis on wellness initiatives to combat disease, Linz stresses evidence-based preventative health measures including immunizations and diagnostic screenings.
Moorings Park’s Care 360 program, which was developed in partnership with NCH Healthcare System, supports the overall commitment of Moorings Park Communities to provide amenities and services with professional and compassionate care to each person they serve.
Through the partnership, patients receive a health management and assessment program under the guidance of experienced concierge physicians who emphasize preventative care, as well as fitness programs.
