New Perspective Acquires 89,883 SF Community in Metro Minneapolis

MINNETONKA, Minn. — New Perspective Senior Living has acquired an assisted living and memory care community in Minnetonka, a northwest suburb of the Twin Cities, for an undisclosed price.

The company has already rebranded the community as New Perspective – Carlson Parkway. The acquisition marks New Perspective’s eighth community in the area and 22ndcommunity overall. 

The 89,883 square-foot, three-story community features 87 assisted living and 35 memory care apartments.

As part of the acquisition, the Eden Prairie-based company is planning a multi-million-dollar renovation. The project is scheduled to begin before the end of the year. 

Founded in 1998, New Perspective Senior Living develops, owns and operates senior living communities in Minnesota, North Dakota, Wisconsin and Illinois.
