SHOREWOOD, Minn. — Oppidan, a commercial real estate developer based in Minnesota, has broken ground on Shorewood Landing Senior Living, a 105-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community in the Minneapolis suburb of Shorewood.

Ebenezer Management Services will operate the community once construction is completed. The three-story, 136,000-square-foot community will feature 80 combined independent living and assisted living units and 25 memory care apartments.

Pope Architects designed the community, which Anderson Cos. is building.
