MINNETONKA, Minn. — The Opus Group has opened Orchards of Minnetonka, a 147-unit seniors housing community in Minnetonka, just west of Minneapolis.
The four-story community offers independent living, assisted living, memory care and short-term stays. Ebenezer Management is the operator.
The community is located near Ridgedale Library, Ridgedale Mall, grocery stores and a variety of restaurants.
A grand opening celebration will be held June 20. Opus was the developer, design-builder, architect and engineer of record. Sperides Reiners Architects was the design architect and Consilium Home was the interior designer.
