LONG GROVE, Ill. — William A. Randolph Inc., a commercial contractor, has broken ground on Long Grove Senior Care, a 100-unit assisted living and memory care community in the Chicago suburb of Long Grove.
The two-story community will be located on 10 acres within a mile of the village’s downtown area. GART Partners is developing the community.
Development costs were not disclosed.
Both Randolph and GART are based in the greater Chicago area.
