WOODBURY, Minn. — A partnership between Ryan Cos. US Inc. and Great Lakes Management have completed construction of Talamore Senior Living Woodbury in Woodbury, just east of Minneapolis-St. Paul.
Talamore Woodbury is a four-story, 245,00-square-foot senior living community with 90 independent living units, 70 assisted living units, 26 memory care units and 14 care suites. Construction began in September 2021.
This is the second Talamore senior living community in the state and the third through the partnership between Ryan and Great Lakes. The property is also the second joint venture between Ryan and Artemis Real Estate Partners.
Recognized by Money Magazine as one of the “Best Places to Live,” the age- and income-qualified households — ages 75 and older, income of $75,000 and up — in the area are expected to grow by 42.3 percent from 2020 to 2025, according to a study conducted by Moore Diversified Services. Talamore Woodbury is located in the city’s Gateway District, a burgeoning area with new residential and commercial development.
Ryan was the developer, builder and capital markets partner. Ryan A+E, Inc, the design studio of Ryan, was the design architect and provided interior design, landscape architecture and civil engineering services. UrbanWorks served as the architect of record and Bell Bank was the lender for the project.
