ALGONQUIN, Ill. — Ryan Cos. US Inc. has completed construction of Clarendale of Algonquin, a $40 million, 186-unit senior living community in Algonquin, approximately 45 miles northwest of Chicago.
Clarendale of Algonquin is the second Clarendale-branded community to open in the Chicago area. Developer-builder Ryan Cos. has another Clarendale project set to open nearby in Indiana.
Development partners on the project included Life Care Services and Harrison Street Real Estate Capital. Life Care Services will operate the community now that it has opened.
Clarendale of Algonquin features 76 independent living units, 56 assisted living units and 54 memory care units.
