KEENE, Texas — Senior Living Investment Brokerage has arranged the $7.7 million sale of Chisholm Trail Estates, an 88-unit independent living and memory care community in Keene, approximately 45 miles southwest of Dallas.
Cornerstone Healthcare Group, a local hospital provider, bought the community from an independent, local owner/operator. It is the company’s first seniors housing community.
Chisholm Trail Estates was built in 1988 and updated in 2003.
