REDLANDS, Calif. — Plymouth Village, a continuing care retirement community in Redlands, has partnered with Consonus Healthcare, which will provide inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services at the community.
American Baptist Homes of the West (ABHOW) operates Plymouth Village, which is located approximately 60 miles east of Los Angeles. Consonus is a health system based in Oregon.
Consonus will use Plymouth Village’s current staff, as well as hire additional therapists to add to the team. Additionally, the community will incorporate new therapy and rehab equipment.
