POOLER, Ga. — Senior Living Investment Brokerage (SLIB) has arranged the sale of The Place at Pooler, a 122-bed skilled nursing facility in Pooler, 10 miles west of downtown Savannah.
The four-star-rated facility sits on a 4.9-acre plot and benefits from limited competition in the market, according to SLIB.
The seller was looking to divest the property as a geographic outlier in its portfolio. An undisclosed buyer paid $7.4 million for the property.
Constructed in 1982, the 26,278-square-foot community was 84 percent occupied at the time of sale.
Bradley Clousing and Daniel Geraghty of SLIB handled the transaction.
