OCALA, Fla. — Senior Living Investment Brokerage (SLIB) has arranged the sale of Timberridge Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, a 180-bed skilled nursing facility in Ocala, approximately 70 miles northwest of Orlando.
The property, which was constructed in 2003, sold for $24.3 million. The buyer and seller were not disclosed.
Totaling 75,000 square feet, the community was 80 percent occupied at the time of sale.
