SHARPSBURG, Ga. — Senior Living Investment Brokerage (SLIB) has negotiated the sale of Magnolia of Sharpsburg, a 70-unit assisted living and memory care community in Sharpsburg, a suburb south of Atlanta.
The community was built in 2021. A group of EB-5 investors sold the property to a Midwest-based developer for an undisclosed price. This was their first acquisition in Georgia.
